Nature Zen Floating Refuge for Lovers

Nature Zen vanilla raspberry sorbet can be served at breakfeast or lunch. This refined healthy treat will keep you full and delighted!

Ingredients 

Sorbet

  • 2 tbsp Nature Zen protein, Tahitian Vanilla
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries 
  • ½ tsp lemon juice                  
  • 10 fresh raspberries for decoration (optional)
  • 2 leaves of fresh mint for decoration (optional)

Refuge (Sweet vanilla/cacao cream)

  • 4 tbsp Nature Zen protein, Tahitian Vanilla (or Pure Raw Cacao)
  • 1 cup almond milk (you can add a little vegetable cream for a smoother aspect)

Preparation steps 

Sorbet:

  1. In the morning, combine vanilla protein, banana, frozen raspberries and lemon juice in your food processor. Before adding the banana, you can first chop it into pieces to ease the food processor's work.
  2. Mix without stopping for about 2 minutes, until a nice creamy texture is obtained.

 

Refuge (Sweet vanilla/cacao cream):

  1. In a bowl, incorporate Nature Zen protein, and add the almond milk (and vegetable cream). Mix until a semi-liquid texture (depending on your taste) is obtained. For a delicious “hot-cold” effect, warm the almond milk before incorporating it.

Assembling:

  1. Divide the sweet vanilla (or cacao) cream, heated if desired, into two bowls. Put two small scoops of sorbet into the bowls, and decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leaves! Enjoy in a warm dressing gown and slippers, with your lover, family, friends, or in front of a warm, cosy fire!
