Sprouted chickpea hummus

Un délice léger et soutenant, un voyage gustatif...

Ingredients 
  • 2 cups (328g) chickpeas 
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Nature Zen peas protein 
  • 1/3 cup (83g) tahini
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
  • 2 lemons juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5ml) cumin
  • 3/4 tsp (3,75ml) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1,25ml) pepper
Hummus_protéiné
Preparation steps 
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and mix until getting a smooth paste.
  2. Serve with vegetables, or pita bread, crackers, etc.
