• 1 ½ cup Old-fashioned Rolled Oats (210g)
• 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 2 scoops Nature Zen Protein flavor of your choice (50g)
• 2 cups Almond Milk (450ml)
• 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or Agave syrup)
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
